As this is not one of my specialist areas I would have to refer you to one of my gynaecological colleagues who will perform am excessively embarassing pelvic exam and fill you in on the fate that awaits you. All I can remeber from my medical school days is that theres a slow painful death invovled where holes in your skull appear and brain lesions cause premature dementia.
